Beginner Tips and Considerations Needed

First and foremost, thanks for taking the time to check out my post.

I'm 23 y/o and by the end of this year I plan to start real estate investing. I heard that's a good time of the year to purchase property because the banks are trying to roll off their REO's. My uncle is a very competent GC and him and myself will be tackling the rehabbing and flipping.

What I'm looking for is just some thoughts/suggestions/tips. I'm not entirely sure what I can offer in return other than good reviews of your company (if you have one) through Google and others, but if you can think of a way I can help you in return for knowledge, I'll do my very best to make it happen. I can't sell you on my experience, awards, or accolades (or lack thereof), but I can sell you on my work ethic, enthusiasm, determination, and willingness to learn!

Hopefully others in my position will see the tips and they will change their futures in real estate as well.

Many thanks and God Bless - MB
