Creative ideas for flips
Hello all. Happy 2017.
As someone who manages alot of projects for investors, I wanted to see and create small talk on creative things you all do for your projects to make things work during the remodel phase.
One thing I do is when we have an odd size needed for a vanity mirror, we just make one out of frameless glass, and trim it with some casing. Not new, but sure works when time is of essence.
This was quicker to make, then trying to move the outlet, or settle for non centered dual mirrors.
