Hey Everyone,

Just looking for some opinions here.

Did anyone take on a massive project for their first flip? What were your experiences.

My thought was to take on a small scope of work to build some momentum and then build up to something giant, BUT if I find something that is a tear down to the studs property, but is a large spread would you take that on?
