Hi I have a 116 year old house in the Bronx I have a small mortgage I would like to rebuild with brick how do I go about financing and does an architect take care finding a builder any help I would be grateful it's a two family and how much per sq foot is it to build

an architect would definitely be able to refer you to builders, as well as facilitate the bidding/negotiation process.  the reverse is also true, many builders will have architects they refer.
