choose security camera monitor vacant houses?

I want to buy cellular based security camera to monitor vacant houses.  I have one simplysafe monitor system, but no camera.

I am looking for cellular system so I do not need internet in the house and I can monitor the house remotely.

Thanks for any suggestion.
