Hi members, I'm new to the real estate game but been researching for a few months now. I'm ready to bite the bullet but just don't have any support from family/friends or just don't understand why I want to get into flipping. Worked in construction for a few years now mainly doing electrical work but gained knowledge of all trades. Reason for this post is trying to find somebody locally in the south jersey area that I could shadow. It could be your own personal deal and I could just take notes on the process even jump if need be. Thanks in advance and can go more into detail if you decide to contact me. Hopefully im in the guildlines. Like I said it's my first post on bigger pockets so I'll try responding as fast as possible to comments.
