I am in central New Jersey.

Need advice on below : 

-1) where to buy flooring from for flips?  I am buying from homedepot or builddirect.com.

Where are pros buying from .. need good looking (cherry)engineered wood within $2 /sqfeet.

-2)  Where to pick Kitchen Cabinets at good price?
