Kansas City Winter Flipping?

Hey BP,

This will be my first winter working on flip projects in Kansas City. You really never know what to expect of the weather here, and i'm sure it has an affect on the business. How much of an impact does the cold season have on flipping houses here? And does anyone have any advice that will better prepare me for these upcoming months? Thanks!
