I as invited in told the process sign contract of non-disclosure and not refundable contract.

Sent properties fund one of interest, but before I go be sure per rep to get yout GC and get cashiers check and make it payable to blank blank LLC in case you want to pull the trigger on the prop at that point its yours so make sure to run the numbers.

Pushy rep tells me why it such a get deal and anyone that tells you its not a great deal they don't know what their talking about, huh?

No negotiations on price it is what it is and it you don't hurry someone else will get it. Constant calling, texting for answers.

Short closing once you sign and it will be a double closing.

Attitude change when your decision is not what they want to hear and the justification starts.

Is this typical behaviour
