Stone cladding on the front exterior wall

Hello BP,

I am working on my first flip and rehab is almost to completion. I am getting ready to put on Market in the next 7 days. I stood in-front of the house to see what can be done to make it appealing. I did not care much about the stone on the exterior wall initially but when I look at it now, it does not look that good. Its actual stone attached to the wall with mortar. I am starting to think what could be done about it. I am thinking should it be removed and put on something to make it look good. Following questions come into my mind. Can you please give your thoughts or perspective on this? Attached is the front facing of the house. Your thoughts, ideas are really appreciated.

1. Should I be getting the stone removed?

2. If yes, what are the options available? How much cost would it be?

3. The stone is attached to the wall using mortar. Would it damage the exterior brick wall?

Thanks,

Raj
