Hello. Anybody knows about good buying agents in the Anne Arundel MD area? I've been reading and making research on the market in this area and house flipping, however I would like to work with an experienced agent that can point out the best deals. Suggestions or advice on how to find a good buying agent would be appreciated. Thanks

A couple things...

First, don't expect a real estate agent to be able to tell you what is or isn't a good deal. Most real estate agents are not investors, and it's up to you as the investor to be able to identify which deals are good and which deals are not good.  If you rely on a real estate agent for that, you likely will end up in a situation that you don't want to be in.

Second, I live in that area and in my experience, there aren't very many good deals on the MLS these days. I'm licensed and have access to the MLS, and I haven't purchased a property of the MLS in over two years in this area. I'm not saying they don't exist, but they are few and far between. You're much better off looking for off-market deals around here.
