FHA deal killer? Toilet plumbed hot.

Hey all, I have a rehab under contract with an FHA buyer. The inspector noted that one of the 3 toilets is plumbed with hot water. I used one of the most reputable plumbers in town but I know how it happens, honest mistake.

The toilets are 1gpf toilets and I don't think it's a big deal at all myself but it's a big deal if FHA won't let it fly. Anyone know if it's a deal killer?
