Found a nice 3/1 property in a nice area with a lot of potential. Only downfall is that it has a walk-through bedroom. Not sure if I would flip it or rent it. Would love to hear any thoughts and opinions on walk-through bedrooms. What about turning it into a 2 bedroom? Would love general thoughts and/or experience.
