I have almost completed my first flip. Found information on flat fee MLS listing services. Appears to be a service that is commonly used however I have never heard of it until recently.

Does anyone have personal experience with this type of service VS using traditional methods? If so please tell me your story!

I've used a flat fee service for 90% of my flip houses and have had no issues.   They sell just as fast as houses listed by a traditional realtor in my market!
