Can you get your notary public license to notarize your own paperwork as far as service of affidavits served by another adult but regarding your case or eviction? Can you legally notarize your own non payment petition and such etc.? Want to speed up the process ima do it yourselfer so looking if this would legally work

I'm a notary in NY.  As far as I know you can't notorize your own documents.

Hello Matt: hope all is well. I'm a notary myself. You cannot notarize your own documents; its a conflict of interest.
