HI CAN ANYONE GIVE ME A GOOD EXAMPLE OF A EXIT STRATEGY ON A FIX AND FLIP WHEN A LENDER ASKS FOR YOUR EXITS STRATEGY THANKS

First things first, get rid of your caps locked when typing, all caps is considered yelling.

Second, if you have told your lender that your plan is to fix and flip and they have asked you for your strategy, get a new lender! They obviously don't know what they are doing or talking about since the exit strategy for all fix and flips is to sell it, hence the "flip" in the terminology.

Pricing a property correctly is not a strategy, it is a simply yet important facet of your job as a fix and flipper.
