Remember when you closed on your project and how exciting it was? I do , but now I am smelling a static, old blanket, musky oder and 9 times out of 10 the budget is a thing of the past.

This sounds crazy but some projects are cursed and you have to keep your guard up or they will bury you.

I've been a builder for 11 years and I have no idea why he won't just put the damn recess cans in so we can mark it of the list.

This Ac register is too small. actually they all are

It's 1:00am and Tacho is checking out

The point of the story is, jobs go smooth, jobs go horriblly wrong and will continue to UNLESS someone who is vested and someone who is not you sets the deadline. Once the deadline is set than ...you ask yourself, majors or stay in the minors?

Strap your bags on, call everyone, yell loud, do not take no for an answer , fix the problems (they will always show at the worst time, take advantage of the 24hrs in a day, work everyday, pay the guys extra to stay late WITH you and by all means necessary, hit your date and move on!!

T-minus 5 days! And I am WAY past the fun part

Thanks for listening, I had to get that off my chest, going home now

I've moved those paint buckets atleast 15 times today
