Dealing with Termites in Chicago
Anyone have advice on dealing with Termite issues? My team is looking at a SFR fix and flip that has already been gutted. Our contractor discovered the issue, we requested a quote from an exterminator but he said the treatment will not take affect till the spring when they come back out of the ground. This is also when we would be trying to sell the home. Will buyers even consider looking at a house that had a known issue even though it was treated?
