Hi Bigger Pockets Friends.....This is my  first time on your web blog so I may not do it all right, but will just ask my question and see what happens.   There is a Home Path property we are considering for rehab/resale in the Chicago suburbs, but we are told that there is a mold problem and we must  protect ourselves from possible  contamination / inhalation when entering for inspection.  We have never actually had to deal with mold before but know it's not uncommon so maybe someone out there can tell us how to get started dealing with it, if we decide to offer.  I'm guessing that most contractors know what to do but can't reach our guy right now and I wanted to get acquainted on this blog anyway  so here I am.  I guess most important to us is the possible cost and that it be done right.
