How to bring these cabinets back to life.
I've debated several times in my head whether or not to replace these kitchen cabinets. They don't look horrible, but they clearly need some work. I don't think the pictures below look as bad as they do in real life. Maybe its because I just pulled off the crappy paneling surrounding the kitchen and since its an older house the floor has settled causing it to be uneven. Anyways, for this room; I am painting, tearing down the ceiling tiles to replace with sheet rock, new linoleum flooring and use beaded wainscoting where the old paneling was. What should I do with these cabinets? Would painting, add new hardware, place left over vinyl inside the cabinets and change the faucet bring the life back to these things? Or should I just send 1k to buy new ones? Also, would it be worth installing a new laminate countertop? This particular property rents for 800 a month. I would classify this as a C property.
Thanks
