I am newer to the investing game and BiggerPockets. I am wondering what others are using for probability and marketing software tools? Being new to BP, I am not sure if BP's Analyze RE Deals software is useful tool, or if other softwares such as Realeflow are more beneficial? I'd like to hear your thoughts. Thank you! Regards, Tim
