Finding a Wholesale Brokerage Firm
I am just starting out and ready to do my first house flip. I have created an LLC, secured private financing, etc. Now I am looking for the right home to flip and plan on using a Wholesale Brokerage firm. I have met with Networth Realty but you basically cannot use them unless you use their Hard Money Lender. I am located in the DFW Metroplex area and am curious as to who has used what company, your experience, and your recommendations. Any input would be great!
