My name is James Bourn III and I am owner and operator of Bourn Home Improvement and Repair. I have just started this business and my goal is to recieve my General Contractors license in Ga, but according to Ga law I must have atleast 150k in liquid finances and insurance. Well I have always wanted to become and real estate investor and rehab specialist so i figure I can kill two birds with the same stone. I already have a highly qualified crew and plenty of experience. I am just young and because of that don't have high enough credit to recieve the loans myself.
