Over the hoiday the supllu line to my lavatory in the top floor blew from high pressure? So water was all over the house - took down most of the ceilings , everyroom was soaked. So INS sent their people in who took out all the floors - first floor was real wood slates, about 90% of the ceilng 5-6 plaster walss 5-6 drywall walls . OH , and all the tile in the two bathrooms!. SO now i have a shell of a house - its been demoes and dryed out- I know a few guys in the trade who are not working who are going to board it for me. After water damage like that be a good idea to have an electrician look at it before the walls go back up - this house is plumbed with two kichens one up and down blocks from a college so i dont know if i should rent or sell - or convert it to a duplex. but structuraly what steps would you take
