Security System???

I have a house in Highlandtown in Baltimore City that I am flipping.  The house is almost ready to go on the market.  I just had the appliances delivered yesterday.  My GC is recommending I install a security system in the home.  I am wondering what others think about this.  Is it really necessary?  Will it make my home more attractive to potential buyers?  Any words of advice are appreciated.

Regards,

Cynthia Scott

I would suggest one of the wireless systems you can move form property to property if the buyer does not want it you can move it. The buyers defiantly do not want to assume the contract. the contract is the problem.
