This property I purchased in June of 2013 with an existing tenant.  I renewed their lease in Aug 2013 and in Jan they moved out.  They took 2 months to get out and forgot to pay the rent as well.  I decided to rehab the home and sell it.  Below are some pictures of the progress that has been made to date.
