Adding 2nd bathrooms in gut rehab

Hey everyone, first post here, hoping someone could offer some advice. As the title explains, i'm considering doing a gut rehab on 2-unit which will have the basement converted into a third unit.

I want to add a 2nd bathroom to the existing units to make the master en-suite, the problem i have is the layout and size of the area i have to work with. Ideally i'd place the second bathroom back-to-back with the existing one to run stacks and plumbing all down one section. But if i were to do this it leaves the bedroom area in a very rectangular shape, roughly 20x8. Now if i were to run the bathroom on the other side of the building it would leave the bedroom roughly 12x12, obviously a much better shape and layout.

The question i have is how much extra would i be looking at having to spend on plumbing with the two bathrooms not being back-to-back. Any input would be appreciated!
