Hey there! I have been an investor in long term rentals for two years, but sold and am wanting to start flipping. I am looking for someone to show me the ropes so I start off strong and not making crucial mistakes. Anyone up for a newbie coaching opportunity? Happy to connect!

instead of trying to find a mentor, i would:

-go to meetups and network in person

-ask questions here in the forums
