Mold and possible arbitration
Flipped a house with a pretty extensive mold problem but all drywall and flooring was replaced. House was sold a year ago and sellers are threatening arbitration. I did not disclose any mold issues as I believed it was taken care of. The problem may be that the sellers have photos of the house covered in mold. This was done through my LLC and in California. Any advice?
