Hi all, new investor here. I'm looking at buying a house off-market that has a bowing foundation with horizontal cracks. I can imagine it depends on how significant the issue is but I'm interested in y'alls take on if this will impact the resell value even if I fix it completely?

Thanks Caleb and Kevin! I plan to have a licensed specialist inspect the foundation before we close on it so I know what I'm dealing with.. Definitely not doing the work myself so it sounds like resale value won't be impacted if I have a licensed person fix the issue and provide evidence/documentation that it was done correctly.
