I have my LLC registered. Do I need to make payments to contractors, etc from accounts with the LLC name on them or can the accounts just have my first and last name (personal accounts)? Is there any difference?

you cannot intermix the two. if you have an LLC and the property owns the LLC then payments should come from the LLC.
