Rehab costs estimations

Hello everybody!

looking to accurate my rehab costs calculator, specifically in the Pittsburgh area.

Of course, It varies from one investor to another, depending on the quality, standard, size, condition, and team.

I am looking to get a range or see how much you pay for each remodeling.

1) what's your range for remodeling a kitchen completely (granit, backsplash, tiles, etc)?
2) what's your range for remodeling a bathroom?
3) what is the cost to renew the floor with a LVP?
4) new roof, new HVAC, new water heater, ac panel, replacing plumbing to PVC
5) framing (creating new bedrooms or baths)

thanks to everyone that are willing to share this info according to their experience.

Replied

After speaking with other investors, realtors, and contractors here is what I came up with.

I do not take responsibility for it, it's relevant for Pittsburgh PA only, and use it on your own risk and discretion.
