Hey all! I'm located in the Chittenden County area of Vermont, but my partner and I are looking at purchasing a 5-unit in Manchester, VT. Since we are not too familiar with Southern Vermont, does anyone on BiggerPockets have recommendations for local general contractors/handymen we could call to get a quote on repairs?
