I went to the landfill last week to dump a bunch of junk from a house I am rehabbing , they have a section for recycle , and they have a place for paint disposal , I talked to the guy there and he said I could take any I wanted , so I looked thru for anything white . Within 10 minutes I had 20 gallons , I got back to the house and started opening cans , 2 were no good , the rest went into 5 gallon buckets , I mixed and counter mixed for about 20 minutes and when I was done I had 18 gallons of an off white satin . We finished painting the last of 4 rooms and it looks good . Total cost in materials $ 0.00 ( and I have about 2 gallons left )
