Refrigerator in a flip?

Question

I am curious as to whether you all purchase a refrigerator to put in your flips or leave without?  We chose to leave without on ths first one as ppl tend to negotiate on them at the end of the contract anyway...

I am still on my first flip so my advice is lacking any experience.  I opted to buy very nice matching stainless steel appliances, including a fridge, because I want the kitchen to dazzle the wife of the prospective purchasers.  It is my understanding that kitchens are a huge factor in selling the house.

We install stainless ranges, and dishwashers but do not install refrigerators .. our "group" has sold 50 some houses the last three years, out of those we have had two buyers ask for refrigerators. Our average DOM is 26, significantly better the past year. I think J Scott is about 1/2 that, it may be because he provides refrigerators, but not likely.

Our typical selling price range is 125-250.

I have bought new fridges on my last two projects. I sold the ones that came with the house on craigslist and then used that money towards a new one. However, I did buy a really nice stainless steel fridge for the house I am trying to sell right now. I thought that it would help the house be a quick sale but I don't think that it has made much of a difference. I would buy one that matches the rest of the appliances but not spend much on it. Some places fix broken appliances and then sell them pretty cheap or you might be able to find one on craigslist.
