Indianapolis home prices continue to rise
The data below is from the MIBOR Realtor Association for Marion County, IN. It shows median home prices were up a 12.5% in September year on year, with closed sales up just .7% due to a lack of inventory available in Indianapolis. There is currently less than 1 month of supply which will continue to drive prices up.
