Indianapolis Site Visit in June

Hi Indianapolis Community,

My business partner and I are planning a trip to Indianapolis from June 8-12 and would like to meet with brokers, contractors, property managers and lenders during our time there.  We are also planning to drive through the neighborhoods to get a good feel for where we are going to invest.  We have private financing lined up already, so we're looking to pull the trigger on investment properties immediately after our visit.  Our goal for this trip is to build the infrastructure/team/relationships we need to be successful.  If you have any referrals, please feel free to PM me and I'll reach out to those folks and schedule meeting times during our trip.  Thank you in advance!
