Good Morning Indy! My name is Craig Carmichael and I'm an inspiring real estate investor from the Milwaukee area.  I'm originally from the south side of Indy (greenwood). I'm looking at shifting my focus back home to the Indy and surrounding area market. I would like your guys opinions on specific areas, and where you think its smart to buy right now.  My family owns a commercial construction company in Indy that focuses mainly on office buildings, however they are extremely talented and have resources and ties to almost everything in the construction industry. Ill be in town this Sunday and Monday and would love to meet up and connect if you guys are available!

Hey Craig - It sounds like you have some great resources in your family.  That is always really helpful.  I'm not in town this weekend, so can't meet up, but if you have a chance, definitely do a lot of driving.  That's the quickest way to gain clarity on the areas you like and the areas you don't feel comfortable with.   I also use this map
