Does anyone have a place to buy water heaters at a better price than the box home improvement stores?

My plumbing supply house always sells them much cheaper than home improvement store but I buy tons of them a year.

@Bret Rankin have you ever checked supplyhouse.com? I purchased a bunch of boiler parts there for  one of my buildings, and I have been very pleased with the pricing in comparison to some of the local shops and the big box stores.

@Bret Rankin as a fun update to this post, I just had a water heater go out at my apartment building in Berwyn. My property manager had two plumbers quote us $2800 and $2900 to swap it out with a new one (Commercial 75 gallon heater). My go to hvac contractor ended up finding one for me for $977 at his supply house! He was too busy to put it in, but found me a licensed plumber friend of his who is willing to do the work for under $400. This is why it pays to network and meet other investors in your local area. This hvac contractor is a trusted vendor who's number I got from an older investor in the area. You can't find these guys on craigslist!

In my market you can find them for 1/2 price, brand new, scratch-in-dent on Facebook market place. Installation is easy too. I watch a lot of YouTube videos.  HaHa
