Hello,

I have recently dived into wholesaling properties. I have kept my format very simple but I am wondering am I providing enough details. Whats the best way to market properties to cash investors? Should a SOW for the subject property be included in my email/text blasts?

My current format:

Here’s the deal:

  • Address
  • Construction type
  • ARV
  • Rehab estimate
  • Asking Price
  • Square Footage
  • Neighborhood description
  • Comp address
  • Comp address

Please send best and final offer by _____

Let me know what you guys think.
