Multi-Family in Boise, Idaho

Aloha Everyone,

I'm a new investor coming out from Honolulu, HI. I have done some market analysis across the country and it has led me to want to do some investing in the Boise area. Just wanted to ask some general questions about the area to get a more boots on the ground perspective.

How are the multi-family returns in this market? (3-12 unit complexes)

What are some advice to start building a team in the boise area?

Good investor friendly agents you recommend?

I have some built up equity that I have access to and figured i'd want to start my investing journey in the Boise area. Thank you in advance for anyone that has contributed.
