Area Recommendations in/around Savannah, GA

Hello all!

I'm originally from the United Kingdom and now temporarily living on Long Island, NY before relocating near Savannah in the next few months.

Once I move nearby, I'll be looking to acquire a portfolio of single family 2/3 bed ranches in A- to C+ areas (I can get far more specific if you guys need but thought that'll do for now!)

Does anyone with more local area knowledge than me have any good ideas of areas to look more into around Savannah, along with any restrictions I'd need to consider? I've been looking at Richmond Hill and Pooler areas so far, also touching on Bluffton SC, but any other areas I should look at would be much appreciated.

Looking forward to getting to know everyone as I get more involved in the community!

Thanks,
Sam
