I am in the process of switching to a smaller community bank or credit union. Anyone have suggestions on small community banks that lend on real estate (not only residential loans but also commercial and investment loans as well). Thanks for your suggestions in advance.

I use BankSouth a lot for conventional loans. If your are looking for portfolio lenders/commercial lenders Quantum National Bank and Tandem Bank.
