What are you seeing in terms of numbers of retail buyers?
Do you feel the market getting better?
Which areas are you seeing getting attention?

@Assaf Furman At the retail level we saw a slower Q1. Atlanta's big issue is a limited supply of good options. I have several buyers who will buy immediately, there just isn't enough inventory. My retail listings have gone for over asking price in less than 72 hours with multiple offers.
Everywhere is getting attention, honestly. I do deals in Cobb, Fulton, Dekalb and Gwinnett counties and see the same trends.
