Hello, 19 year wholesaler in Orlando. Please let me know if I can help anyone. Nicolas Don't worry about liens and what the seller owes, that is what the title company does. Ask the seller for sure. I can also give you the contract I use if you want. Also, I suggest attending the local reia meeting. www.cfri.net
