Buying a STR property in Orlando (Davenport/Kissimmee)

Hi to all BP members.

I'm looking for an advise on location for my second STR property in the area. My first house is in a bit older resort thus I do not wish to buy the second one in the same place. I do my own advertising and sale and I'm somehow aware of the very competitive market.

I would appreciate any information on a good resort, attractive amenities, solid HOA...
