CFL Hard Money Lender Preferences

Who is your favorite hard money lender in the Central Florida area? There is nothing proprietary about a hard money lender (you aren't giving out your GC's info), so we should be able to open a good dialogue about interest rates, ease of securing the loan, etc. Conversely, which hard money lenders have you had a difficult time working with?
