jacksonville fl 32208

hello everybody,

I'm a new investor in jacksonville and looking for neighborhoods to focus.

I thought about the west of 32208, and specifically: riverview, lake forest hills, sherwood forest.

I'm trying to understand how tough and poor this neighborhoods are, and want to make sure I'm not getting into a warzone.

do this neighborhoods fit a 110k budget?

is it a good place to implement "buy+repair and hold" strategy?

thanks!
