Fire Regulations or city codes
Good evening, I would like to know if anyone here has experience buying a home with fire damage? What are the steps to follow and if there are any city codes or regulations? The house is mostly cosmetic just smoke damage, fire did not go through walls but still curious if they have to be replaced due to regulations and such? Thank you
