Property Management, Eviction, and buying more properties in Jax.

Hey all,

I have 3 issues...

I own a place in Jax that I lived in.  I've been renting it since I moved back to California and am looking for help managing it.

My friend has been helping me manage it, but we've run into some problem tenants and I realize it may be better to seek professional help.

Has anyone gone through the eviction process in Jax?  It seems fairly landlord friendly, but still a hassle.

I'm also looking for more properties there to rent for cashflow (probably can't BRRR from afar well).

If anyone has suggestions for any of these topics, I'd love to chat.

Thanks,

Jason
